At Turning Points, our mission is to promote and support a state of wellness, optimal health, and mental well being through education, dedication, and example. As a result, many misconceptions regarding diet, nutrition, and health will be laid to rest. As your knowledge grows, you will become the TURNING POINT for others and contribute toward the improvement in the quality of your life and those close to you.
Turning Points offers various nutrition programs taught by a registered dietitian. Depending on your preference, we offer group classes or one-on-one sessions.
6 Week Group Weight Loss Class
Introduction:
It’s not your ordinary program, it’s extraordinary! Turning Points group weight management classes provides a step-by-step program to transform your body and mind from the inside out. We challenge you to experience the effects of good health through increased energy, a feeling of revitalization, and an optimistic outlook on life. This program offers so much more than weight loss, it is a program to take back your life.
Course Overview:
- 6 week core weight loss program (includes weekly nutrition meetings, exercise program, and behavior modification tools)
- Includes body fat analysis
- Includes blood analysis
- Provides over 170 recipes from breakfast to dinner to snacks
- Low stress meal planning, no counting calories, or weighing foods
- Increase energy, stimulate natural fat burning ability, and curb appetite

At Turning Points we are dedicated to providing you exceptional services in your journey to overall wellness. In addition to our core program, we offer maintenance sessions to keep you on the right track. Or, take advantage of our exercise programs provided by physical therapists/trainers
One-on-One Sessions/ Medical Nutrition Therapy
Learning how to choose the right foods in the right proportions is what good nutrition is all about. Whether your goal is weight loss, disease maintenance, or prevention, eating a well-balanced diet coupled with daily physical activity will guarantee results. No matter how busy your schedule is, together we will come up with the tools necessary to help you make positive and successful changes. Daytime, evening, and weekend appointment times available! Turning Points now accepts most insurances. Participants are responsible for verifying that their plan covers nutrition counseling by a registered dietitian.
